There is no kidding about the name. I apparently fall into that 75% for whom the product works. A tiny drop is all that's needed. I have never climaxed so quickly - almost too quickly. My husband was impressed. I don't think I'd want to use this with a vibrator - might be too much.

This product is not all it claims to be. In fact, my wife and I pretty much had the same reaction to this, and that was to say at the same instant "meh". Basically its just a little more viscous and thick than it needs to be, making it a bit sticky. Its not terrible, but certainly not mind-blowingly great either. Oh well, the research continues...

This is the 2nd time I've purchased this l-arginine based topical gel for my wife. It definitely gives her a heightened experience for her clitorally stimulated orgasm.
Just massage it on, do some other things to let it marinate (sorry, just the words I've got at this time, but it's describing it perfectly), then come back to it with either oral or vibrating stimulation, and vwallah, happy wife!!!

I thought I would try this with my boyfriend just to change things up a little bit. Our intimacy is typically very good so we didn't need something to help us but would have liked to experience something different.
First off this felt as if it numbed me rather than made it more sensitive. And his comment afterwards was, "You seemed as if you enjoyed that less than any other time we have had sex." We have been together for over four years.
I wouldn't say not to try it, because of the other reviews it obviously works for some. But I am not one of them.
